A final agreement could soon be sealed with the online payment service “Paypal”, Minister of Communication Technologies and Digital Economy Anouar Maârouf told Express FM on Monday.
“The management of ‘Paypal’ would have endorsed the plan proposed by the Tunisian authorities to circumvent the blockade of the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT),” said the minister, adding “a road map will be developed in the near future to finalize the details of access to the site, “he pointed out.
“PayPal” is a payment service that allows users to pay for purchases and send and receive money over the Internet.
