Tunisian young entrepreneurs will be take part Thursday, in the second edition of the regional entrepreneurial event of the Demo day which is held at the initiative of the programme of support for young entrepreneurs and acceleration of Startups in the region of North Africa ad Middle East Flat6Labs, at the Ennajma Ezzahra Palace (northern suburbs of Tunis).

The products and services of seven new startups will be presented during this event whose objective is to support young, creative and ambitious entrepreneurs by ensuring their integration in several areas of the economic circuit.

During this event, the entrepreneurs will present their projects after four months of hard work to develop their business plans, finalise their prototypes and acquire customers in Tunisia and elsewhere. This cohort brings startups working in a variety of fields, such as augmented reality in education, the logistics sharing economy, digital health, real estate Big Data, innovative construction services, and FoodTech, a Flat6Labs statement published Wednesday reads.

This is the second startup promotion funded by FLAT6LABS in Tunisia.

The programme, the result of a partnership between the Tunisian American Enterprise Fund (TAEF), Meninx Holding and the Arab International Bank of Tunisia, organised in January a first edition during which six startups were promoted and chosen to integrate quickly the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Launched in 2016, Flat6Labs is defined as a start-up fund that targets young entrepreneurs with ideas and who want to embark on the achievement of their projects without encountering difficulties.

The programme welcomes ideas and startups working in various sectors focusing on innovation including education, energy, transport, financial services, Information and Communication technologies (ICTs), electronics, industrial solutions and green solutions.
