Tunisia: trade volume with Libya could reach 1 billion dinars

The volume of Tunisian-Libyan trade will be restored to its level before 2011, Slim Feriani, Minister of Industry and SMEs told Express Fm on Tuesday.

Tunisian-Libyan trade reached a volume of about 450 million dinars in the first five months of this year and could reach 1 billion dinars for the whole year 2018, he added.

The Minister of Industry and SMEs was on an official visit to Tripoli in Libya with a delegation of about 70 businessmen and women.

 The purpose of this visit is to support Libya and to work together to strengthen bilateral relations at the diplomatic, economic and political levels.

This official visit to Libya precedes the summit between the two countries’ PMs that will take place by the end of next August.
