A high-level global forum on public-private partnerships (PPP) was held Tuesday in Tunis to boost investment in key sectors. Chinese monocrystalline solar products maker LONGi Solar will be teaming up with Tunisian project developer SHAMS Technology to co-develop photovoltaic (PV) projects in African markets. LONGi Solar said in a statement that the two firms have entered into a Memorandum of Intent (MoI) with regard to the proposed long-term cooperation. They will be working together in markets where SHAMS has an active partner network, according to the announcement.
