The first Chocolate and Pastry Fair will be held on December 7 and 8, 2018 at the headquarters of the Tunisian Confederation of Industry,Trade and Handicrafts (UTICA) with the participation of several renowned Tunisian exhibitors and pastry chefs, Managing Director of International Fairs & Exhibitions “(IFE Tunisia), Lamia OUESLATI said during a meeting with the press.
Oueslati stressed that this show, a first gourmet in Tunisia, will provide for the professionals and the general public the largest offer of chocolate and pastry.
A chocolate sculpture competition will be organised by the club of the World Cup of Pastry and PROPAT, she said.
“In a festive atmosphere, exhibitors (Artisans chocolatiers, pastry chefs, confectioners, ice cream makers, importers, industrialists, suppliers of equipment and pastry materials …) will share with the public their passions, some manufacturing secrets, their novelties and will show the latest trends in chocolate, pastry art and ice cream, “said Oueslati.
This event will be an opportunity for these exhibitors to develop their reputation and their image among professionals and the general public, to test new products and to build their relationship with their customers.
