WB provides $2.128m grant deal to Tunisia

Tunisia secured a $2.128 million grant deal with the World Bank, as it seeks to achieve decentralization. The agreement was signed by Minister of Development, Investment and International Cooperation Zied Laadhari and World Bank Country Director for the Maghreb and Malta, Françoise Marie Nelly. Under the agreement, Tunisia will fund development initiatives that seek to reinforce the proximity between the state structures and the citizens, along with enhancing services quality.
