Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) recently announced the creation of a new graduate student fellowship program funded by a $1 million gift from Harvard College alumnus Hazem Ben-Gacem AB 1992. For the next three years, the fellowship will cover the costs for up to two accepted applicants from Tunisia per year enrolled in the HKS Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree program. 18 migrants rescued off Tunisia coast

The Defense Ministry said in a statement on Sunday that the navy of Tunisia has saved 18 illegal migrants of different African nationalities of the southeast coast.
