Travel and tourism in Tunisia is expected to inject a record TND 23 billion into the national economy in 2024, according to the World Travel & Tourism Council’s (WTTC) 2024 Economic Impact Study. The Rasjedir border crossing, a vital land link between Libya and Tunisia, will partially reopen on Thursday after months of closure, the Libyan Interior Ministry said.
